1. What is Whipped Detroit?

We are a small company based in Detroit, Michigan making whipped shea butters.

2. What ingredients do you use?

All of our whipped shea butters are made using 100% organic shea butter and essential oils. The fragrances are in compliance with the strictest global standards of The Research Institute for Fragrance Materials and The International Fragrance Association.

3. Are our shea butters sulfate and paraben free?

Our shea butters do not contain sulfates or parabens. We pride ourselves in using 100% organic shea butter and essential oils.

4. How and when do you ship?

We ship Tuesday through Friday using the United States Postal Service. We generally ship within 48 hours after the order was received. We only ship within the United States.

5. What’s your policy on returns?

We do not honor refunds (due to our shea butter being composed of organic materials) unless the product is delivered damaged. If you’d like a return please use the Contact Us page.
